OnlyFans Agency Creator Onboarding: The First Two Weeks

Published . Updated .

The first two weeks with a new creator set the tone for the whole relationship. Get them right and the creator trusts you with more. Rush them and you spend months fixing small mistakes in the inbox.

Here is a simple plan, day by day.

Days 1 and 2: the agreement

Start in writing, before anyone touches the account.

  • What you do. Chatting, posting, pricing, promotion. Spell out each one.
  • What the creator keeps. The email, the password reset and the payout account.
  • How you are paid and how often.
  • How either side can leave, and what happens to access when they do.

Keep it short and plain. A creator who understands the agreement is easier to work with than one who signed something they did not read.

Days 2 and 3: access

Decide who logs in, from which device and from where. Keep the list short. Turn on two step login and keep the codes with the creator or one trusted manager. Write the access list down so you can remove anyone the day they leave. Our guide to OnlyFans agency account safety goes deeper on logins and devices.

Days 3 to 5: voice and limits

This is the step most agencies rush. Sit down with the creator and capture:

  • How they write. Message length, emojis, pet names, slang, what they would never say.
  • Their limits. What they will and will not do, in writing. Nobody argues with this list in the chat.
  • Their past chats. Read a few weeks of them. Real replies teach the voice faster than any notes.

Turn it into a one page voice guide. Ask the creator to read it and correct it.

Days 5 to 7: menu and prices

List every item the creator actually offers and its price. Bundles, customs, the price range for each. If it is not on the menu, it is not for sale. Agree who can approve a deal and how a custom request reaches the creator.

Week 2: fan notes

Go through the existing fans before you start selling to them.

  1. Regulars. Who they are, what they like, what they bought.
  2. Open threads. Anything the creator promised and has not delivered yet.
  3. Fans to handle carefully. Anyone upset, owed a refund or pushing on limits.

Notes belong to the account, not to one chatter. Everyone who replies should read them first and update them after.

Week 2: start slow and check

For the first chats, review replies before they go out. Read a sample every day. Ask the creator if anything sounded wrong to them. Fix the voice guide, not just the message.

Set the reporting rhythm

Agree how the creator hears from you, and keep to it.

  • Daily during the first two weeks: a short note on anything unusual.
  • Weekly after that: what sold, what fans asked for, what the creator should make next.
  • Right away for anything about refunds, limits or account alerts.

A creator who hears from you on a set day does not need to chase you.

Where OnlyPro AI chat fits

OnlyPro AI chat uses the work you just did. It learns the creator's voice from their own past chats, remembers every fan and only sells what the creator actually offers, at the creator's price. It never invents an item or a price.

It runs on autopilot, or every reply waits for approval first, and you can switch any time. That fits a new creator well: start with every reply reviewed, then switch once you trust it. Messages go out from the creator's own account on the creator's usual connection, not a datacenter, proxy or second login. If that connection drops, replies wait.

There is no revenue share. Pricing is per creator, and the first 50 founding spots are $199 per creator a month, locked for life. It works on OnlyFans today.

Two weeks, written down

An agreement, a short access list, a voice guide, a menu, fan notes and a reporting day. Do them once per creator and every new creator gets easier. Get early access: we'll email you when sign-up opens.
